After leaving school (in Ulyanovsk) she entered The Russian State Historical and Archival University. After graduating from university she was in year 1955 a history-teacher in the school by Special Children's home. From 1958 till 1966 worked in a branch of the Sverdlovsk Regional State Archives in Nizhny Tagil. In the Main Archival Administration under the Council of Ministers of the USSR (1966-1971) worked by the departmental archives and records management. From 1971 till 1988 was a member of the board, chief of department, chairman of the Central Commission expert verification of the Main Archival Administration under the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR. She taught at the Moscow State Historical and Archival Institute, and was director of the National Archives. Since 1989 led by the Inspectorate Moscow State Archive, and in 1991 was appointed, and within five years as director of the Central Archives of the social movements of Moscow. At present - Senior Research Fellow of All-Russian Research Research Institute of Documentation and archives (VNIIDAD), a member of the Research and Methodical Council and the Central expert committee for verification Russian State Archive. From the first days of the Russian Society of Historians and Archivists she was a member of the Board of the Central Council ROIA, chairman of the Section of personal funds and document collections, a member of the Board of the Foundation “Moscow Encyclopedia”. She headed for many years the section “History: the man and the event” at the All-Russian competition of youth research. Now she is a lecturer of the Moscow Pedagogical Academy. She has more than 100 published works in the field of archival, source and pedagogy sciences. |

You need JavaScript enabled to view it Victoria Borisovna Prozorova was born on August, 27th, 1975 in Moscow. Till 18 years lived in Obninsk where she graduated school and art school. In her 14 years entered in KID "Normandy-Neman". In her 16 years she was a member of section «Young archivist» MGTDU, took part in conferences and expeditions, started publishing of articles were devoted to study of local lore, and military history. Since 1993 she was studying in faculty of archival business of Historic-archival institute RGGU, her specialization was the automated archival technologies, bases and databanks in historical researches, history of official bodies and public organizations. In year 1994 won the grant of a name Dashkova for the presented women from the governor of the Kaluga region for publications on study of local lore and a military history of area. Since 1996 she was the representative of students in the Academic council of IAI RSHI. 1998 she defended a degree work about Russian military authorities in France in the First World War 1914-1918, and graduated The Russian State Humanitarian University. 1996-1998 was taught on French-speaking branch of the French university college attached to the Moscow State University on a specialty “public law”. Defended a degree work on degree of the master “Access to archives: the Russian and French legislation in the XX-th century”. In September, 1998 entered postgraduate study of The Russian State Humanitarian University on chair of history and the organization of archival business. In October, 1998 - the grant-aided student of the President of the Russian Federation. Research training passed in the Comprehensive school of National property in Paris which diploma in a specialty “national property, preservation and management” specializations “archives” received in 2000. Since 2001 she is working for the state and private archives of France. Since 2003 is a member of “Association of archivists of France”, has publications in Russian and French archival press. Fields of her activity are personal funds and funds of establishments XIX-XX, oral history of military conflicts in ХХ century, processing and the description of sound and electronic documents. Her specialization is the archival right, archival audit, statement of office-work and the organization of extra office storage of great volumes of documents. |

The author more than 60 research works.1976-1977 worked as the teacher of history and social science at school. 1978-1991 worked as the junior research employee, the archivist of the first category, the senior archivist, the chief of department of acquisition, examination of value and research use of documents the Central state archive of the research and technical documentation of the USSR. since 1992 – the director of publishing house “Research and technical centre”. since September, 2006 – the chief of department of a supply with information and the publication of archival documents of branch of the Russian state archive of the research and technical documentation in Samara (Branch RGANTD). Member of Association of publishers of Russia, deputy editor-in-chief of the scientific almanac "Telescope", the author of creative projects and the owner of grants of various funds in the field of a science, book publishing, cultures and arts, including the grant of the President of the Russian Federation (2007). Awarded by the sign «Master of an archival business» (1988), silver medal VDNH (1991), a A.S.Makarenko’s medal (2008), has thanks of the Samara provincial thought (2005, 2006) and other awards Russian state and public organizations for popularization of scientific knowledge and work with creative youth. Natalya Glishinskaya was born on July 29, 1971 in Kerch. Graduated from faculty of applied astronautics of the Moscow state institute of engineers of geodesy, air photography and cartography (MIIGAK). Since 1993 works in the Russian research center of space documentation (RNICKD, nowadays RGANTD). Now - the deputy chief of department of the automated archival technologies of the Russian state archive of scientific and technical documentation (RGANTD). |

Born Nov. 25, 1952 in Russia, Kirov region, Murashinskiy district, Stakhanovskiy. Parents were teachers. He graduated with honors the Faculty of Journalism Lvov Higher Military-Political Academy (1977), Higher Courses General Staff Military Academy (1999), Military University (2007).

Marat Seleznev was born on November, 26th, 1988. He is a student of the faculty of political science of the Russian State Social University (RGSU). The champion of the Russian State Social University in debates 2008. In magazine the “Herald of an archivist” is engaged in scientific editing, translations into English and adaptation of publications of the printing version of magazine for an English version of site.
Alina Gennadyevna was born on July, 31st, 1988. In 2010 she graduated faculty of journalism of the Russian State Social University (RGSU). In magazine “The Herald of an archivist” is engaged in scientific editing, translations into English and adaptation of publications of the printing version of magazine for an English-speaking site.
Muhayo Srazhidinovna was born on August, 22nd, 1976 in Dzhalalkuduksky area of the Andizhan area. In the year 2001 graduated National university of Uzbekistan it. Mirzo Ulugbek. She is historian, namely the historian-archivist. The post-graduate student (2001-2004), the teacher (2004-2006), lecturer and Associate Professor of Historical Faculty of National university of Uzbekistan it. Mirzo Ulugbek. Since August, 2008 she is the chief of department of use of documents and information service of Agency "The Uzbekistan’s Arcive" attached to the Republic Uzbekistan’s Ministry. She is awarded by the medal "Shuhrat" (2004).
